It was foretold that the savior of the Age of Aquarius would have that iq.  Each age's savior is believed to have an iq 7 points higher than the previous one, each 2,000 years.  It's also the Whole World's collective iq of love and how things will work out  (including the intelligence of the design of the beings and peaceableness at that plane of existence)!
